Groupama's business is growing at more than 20% per year and in our commitment to continuous development and progress and to ensure robust cybersecurity for our cloud and hybrid infrastructure, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Security Officer (SISO). This critical role will shape the organization's security strategy and ensure compliance with the highest standards.
As a SISO, you will:
- Implement the organization's information security strategy, including its development and maintenance.
- Monitor and execute security measures for hybrid infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and on-premises resources in Bulgarian data centres.
- Configure, manage, and monitor security controls such as Google Cloud Armor, IAM policies, WAF solutions, and secure network configurations.
- Handle incident response and disaster recovery processes directly, ensuring minimal risk and downtime.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests independently to identify and address risks.
- Collaborate directly with IT and business units to integrate security into operational processes.
- Educate employees on security best practices and foster a culture of security awareness.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Information Security Officer.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security, particularly on Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in WAF technologies (e.g., Cloud Armor, Fortinet) and IAM.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and DORA.
- Experience in managing hybrid environments combining cloud and on-premises systems.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP are highly desirable.
- University or an equivalent technical area education (Information technologies, Computer systems and technologies, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
