Main responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise and is responsible for the overall activities of the Financial directorate – Accounting department, Financial planning, controlling and Investment management department.
- Build and drive the financial and Investment policy of the companies, including:
- Asset Liability management
- Accounting policy
- Tax policy
- Financial asset management, Capital management
- Administrative expense policy
- Collection policy
3. Build and control the data quality policy of the companies, including:
- Develop and drive the data quality policy
- Lead regular committees
- Develop reporting system
- Develop and secure proper control framework
4. Build and control the yearly budget of the companies
5. Manage relationships with Auditor, Regulatory bodies and Tax authorities.
6. Responsible for the financial reporting to the Group, to local regulatory authorities, according to IAS and IFRS.
7. Manage the Market risk of the companies
8. Participate and lead Risk committees
9. Actively participate in development of the strategy for the companies, together with the Executive team and the Management Board of the companies
10. Actively participate in strategic projects in the companies, including
- Digital transformation
- Sustainability
- Euro adoption
The Successful candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in Financial management position.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA, CFA or similar qualification.
- Strong analytical and strategic finance skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS 17), Solvency II and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- High level of English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
